Job Summary
Reporting to the Editorial Director, the HCM content strategist works to tell the Holy Cross story across Marketing & Communications' digital and print magazine platforms. This standout team member plays a key role in bringing Holy Cross to life for its audiences through crafting, coordinating and producing engaging content that appeals to the College's audiences and furthers Marketing & Communications' goals. This requires a deep understanding of the College, its mission and its audiences, as well as how storytelling can be best leveraged and effective across platforms for such audiences.

This is a full time, exempt level position with a salary range of $60,000-$65,000. The College is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The College also offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including:10% College contribution to the 403(b) Retirement Plan (1 year wait waiver available)
